In the past 5 years or so mushroom hunting has really grown as a popular hobby among residents of the Pacific Northwest.  This is of no real surprise to me.  The great residents of the Pacific Northwest have always been avid outdoors men/women, and much like everyone else in the area, hiking has always been a passion of mine. That is until I went on my first mushroom hunt in the Pacific Northwest!

Yep, I was hooked.  I started with the morels, progressed into the Chanterelles, and just expanded from there.
